Daniel Akeson

Co-Founder & CEO

Having grown-up (literally) in the pharmaceutical industry, Daniel brings a unique background in manufacturing, efficiency, technology, and compliance while leveraging years of experience in high-volume production of micro-dosed and narrow therapeutic formulations. In addition to continuing his role as third-generation management at Jerome Stevens Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Daniel will drive Oliva’s future through a vision of integrity, creativity, and innovation.

Michael Turnamian

Co-Founder & COO

Following a successful career in pharmaceutical sales, portfolio management, and business development, Michael’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to become a founding member of Gemini Laboratories, LLC, a company focused on the commercialization and promotion of specialty pharmaceuticals. After several years of significant growth and expansion, Gemini was acquired by Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where the team continued to deliver stellar year over year results. Still driven by the start-up experience, Michael was ready for a new venture in Oliva Therapeutics where he will seek to employ his unique knowledge and leadership skills towards another successful endeavor.

Max Thiele

Senior Director of Finance

Continuing a successful career, Max brings more than a decade of experience in pharmaceutical accounting and finance to his role as Senior Director of Finance at Oliva Therapeutics. A graduate of the University of Scranton with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Max built his foundation at Camber Pharmaceuticals, where he advanced to Accounting Manager, before taking on progressive leadership roles at Xiromed, LLC, rising to Associate Director of Finance. Max’s deep knowledge of financial operations in generic pharmaceuticals will be instrumental as he supports Oliva’s growth and reinforces the company’s commitment to integrity. He brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and steady leadership to the team, and is eager to partner closely with his colleagues to help build a strong financial foundation as the company continues to grow.

Alison Greenberg

Senior Administrative Coordinator

Alison joins us following a decade-long career in healthcare, after which she began working at Jerome Stevens Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Alison has been a part of Oliva Therapeutics, LLC since its inception in 2022, and now proudly serves as Senior Administrative Coordinator. In addition to administrative support, Alison assists with data analysis and has recently taken a more active role in our new product launches and social media representation. Simultaneously, Alison continues to support Jerome Stevens Pharmaceuticals, Inc. with their administrative, quality, and regulatory needs. She’s proud to be a part of and represent both family-owned organizations.
